പറന്നു പോകുമ്പോൾ
വായുവിൽ ഒരു
ചിറകടി അവശേഷിക്കും.
കാറ്റ് അവിടെയെത്തുമ്പോൾ നിശബ്ദമാകും.
നിലാവവിടെ പൊഴിയാൻ മടിക്കും.
മുറിഞ്ഞു മുറിഞ്ഞു
പെയ്യുന്നൊരു മഴ മാത്രം
ആർക്കോ വേണ്ടിയവിടെ
ചാറിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.
