എൻ ചുടുനിശ്വാസം കവർന്നെടുത്തു.
ചിതലരിച്ചീടുന്ന മൺകൂനയിൽ നിന്നു-
മുണരുന്നു മൂകമാം നിസ്വനങ്ങൾ.
ശാന്തമാകാത്തയീ ചാരുലതകളിൽ,
പകലിൻ്റെ ദുഃഖം മിഴിച്ചുനിന്നു.
