നീലയും കറുപ്പു നിറങ്ങളില്‍
നിറഞ്ഞ മഷിപ്പേനയില്‍
നിന്നുതിരുന്നു അക്ഷരമുത്തുമണികള്‍
ഭാവനയുടെ വര്‍ണ്ണങ്ങള്‍ ചാലിച്ച
ചില ഓര്‍മ്മചിത്രങ്ങള്‍

കടത്തുകാരനെത്താ തോണിയും കാത്തു നീ നില്പ്തോ?

പ്രഭാതകിരണം പുൽകിയുണർന്നു,
പ്രതീക്ഷയെന്നിൽ മിഴിതുറന്നു.
മുറിവേറ്റ മാനസം തിരയുന്നുഭൂവിൽ,
മുറിവുണക്കുന്ന നിൻദിവ്യസൗഖ്യം.
മൗനമാണെങ്കിലും മാനസകോവിലിൽ,
സാന്ത്വനമായ് നീ വന്നീടണേ.
