സ്വപ്നംകൊണ്ടു കളിവീടുവച്ചു ഞാൻ,
സ്വർഗതലത്തിൽ താമസിച്ചു.
അനുധാവനത്തിൻ നിമിഷങ്ങളിൽ നിൻ,
ആത്മാവെന്നിൽ നിറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
അനവദ്യസുന്ദര സ്വപ്നങ്ങളാലെന്നിൽ,
ആനന്ദബാഷ്പം നിറഞ്ഞു മെല്ലെ.

അമ്മക്കൊത്തിരി മണങ്ങളുണ്ട്,
അടുത്തിരുന്നപ്പോൾ അറിയാതെ പോയ മണങ്ങൾ.
അയാൾ സാധാരണക്കാരനായിരുന്നു...
അസാധാരണമായി ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല
അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ആൾക്കൂട്ടങ്ങളിൽ
ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടവനായിരുന്നു, വിലയില്ലാത്തവനായിരുന്നു...

എന്തിനുവേണ്ടീ നീ തച്ചുടച്ചു
ആത്മാവിനുള്ളിലെ മോഹത്താല്‍ തീര്‍ത്തൊരു
മോഹനവിഗ്രഹമായിരുന്നു

കിനാക്കൾ പൂക്കുന്ന നിലാമരച്ചോട്ടിലെ
കരിഞ്ഞ പൂക്കൾ കൈക്കുടന്നയിൽ വാരി,
ചിതലരിച്ചതാം പഴയ സ്വപ്നങ്ങൾക്കെൻ്റെ
ചതഞ്ഞ കയ്യാലശ്രുപൂജയർപ്പിക്കുന്നു ഞാൻ!
