അന്ത്യവിശ്രമത്തിനൊരുങ്ങുമ്പോഴെൻ,
അന്തരംഗമെന്നോടു മന്ത്രിച്ചു.
നിശീഥിനി വന്നണയുമ്പോൾ വാനിൽ,
നിൻ നീർമിഴികൾ നിറയരുതേ.
നിത്യവിശുദ്ധിക്കൊരുങ്ങുമീയാത്മാവിൽ,
നീരജങ്ങളെന്നും വിടർന്നിടട്ടേ.
